Strategy before technology.
AI is a multiplier, not a solution. Before any tool is selected, the business problem must be precisely defined. Clarity of purpose determines whether AI creates compound value or expensive noise.

ROI is the North Star.
Every implementation is ultimately measured by commercial return — whether a 10% conversion lift or 2× operational capacity. The impact must be visible, trackable, and scalable from day one.

Brand and data are inseparable.
My background in brand communication means AI-driven personalisation only works when rooted in authentic brand identity. Data without narrative is noise. Narrative without data is guesswork.

Build for the team, not the demo.
A workflow that impresses in a pitch but fails daily is not a solution. I design for the humans who will live inside the system — accounting for trust, habit, and edge cases from day one.

Built a fact-checking game that challenges players to distinguish truth from fiction using Wikipedia, integrated APIs, and OpenAI. Used the Gemini API with Google Search grounding to dynamically generate diverse fact sets, with a Python (Flask) backend managing all API orchestration and state.

I sit at the seam between
strategy and intelligence.

I'm an AI Business Consultant with over a decade of international agency experience spanning brand communication, performance marketing, and multi-stakeholder project delivery across Europe and Africa. My career has moved through some of the most demanding creative and commercial environments — from Ogilvy and Edelman in Johannesburg to MC GROUP and Customlytics in Berlin.

In 2025 I completed an intensive AI Software Engineering programme at Masterschool, earning a specialisation in AI Engineering after 1,400 teaching hours. This gave me hands-on capability in Python, SQL, REST APIs, LLM integration, and cloud deployment — bridging the gap between business strategy and the technical reality of AI systems.

What differentiates me is the combination: I understand what AI can actually do, and I understand what businesses actually need. I bring a multilingual perspective — native in Tswana, Zulu, and Sotho, professionally fluent in English and German — and I've delivered measurable results across 28 EU Member States.
